The idea

Wedding prize wheel ideas

The wheel adapts to the tone of your wedding. Some ideas for the segments:

Challenges for guests: toast with someone you do not know, dance with the couple, share a story about them.
Questions about the couple: where they met, who said “I love you” first.
Keepsakes: a wedding favour, a photo at the backdrop, a written wish for the couple.
For the party: “pick the next song”, “spin again” or, for the grown-ups, a shot.

The design can include your names, your initials, the date and a line of your choice. If you have no artwork, we prepare it from your ideas.

Logistics

What to know for a party at a country house or in a garden

Which wheel. The 120 cm floor-standing wheel is the most practical: it fits in standard lifts and suits any corner. The 180 cm wheel looks stunning in large spaces with good access.
Set-up. Once the wheel is on site, set-up takes about 30 minutes. We have it ready before your guests arrive.
Outdoors. We have set up wheels in gardens and on terraces. If your party is outdoors, let us know and we will plan for it.
Staff. Not included. If you would like someone to run the game, we can suggest an entertainer from United Events.
Timings. Artwork at least two weeks before. In wedding season, book early.

Wedding and party questions

Can it be personalised with our names?

Yes. The graphic can include your names, the date, your colours and whatever segments you like.

We have no artwork. Can you design it?

Yes. Tell us your ideas and our team prepares the design. We need it finalised at least two weeks before.

Does someone need to look after it?

Not necessarily: guests spin it themselves. If you would like it hosted, we can suggest an entertainer.

Do you cover parties outside Barcelona?

Yes, all over Spain. Delivery, set-up and collection are quoted according to the venue.
