A challenge wheel for your convention

At a convention or a kick-off, the wheel can be the heart of a team activity. Each segment is a challenge, a question or a quick task, and teams take turns to spin. It is easy to organise, needs no screens and everyone in the room can see it.

Some ideas for the segments:

questions about the company’s history, values or products;
one-minute team challenges;
“wild card”, “spin again” or “pick another team”;
branded merchandise for the winning team.

Logistics

Prize wheels in hotels, offices and conference centres

Lifts. The 120 cm wheel fits in standard lifts, so it easily reaches upper-floor rooms and offices.
Large rooms. The 180 cm wheel needs a goods lift or street-level access. Tell us about the access and we will plan for it.
Discreet set-up. Once the wheel is on site, set-up takes about 30 minutes, and we coordinate with the hotel or venue.
Several rooms or venues. We supply several wheels at once for the same event.
Design. In your brand or in the conference’s look. We need the artwork at least two weeks before.

Can the wheel go in an office?

Yes. The 120 cm wheel fits in standard lifts and one person can spin it with no effort.

Can we use the conference’s look instead of our brand?

Of course. The graphic carries whatever design you like: your brand, the conference’s or a sponsor’s.

Can you send someone to run the wheel?

Yes. The hire does not include staff, but we can suggest a promo host or an entertainer from United Events.

Do you work at hotels and conference centres outside Barcelona?

Yes, all over Spain. We work in Madrid very often.
