When it makes sense to hire a wheel
Hiring is the natural choice when the wheel has a specific job to do:
- A one-off event. A trade show, an opening, a launch or a party.
- A campaign with an end date. A promotional week in a shopping centre or a month in a shop.
- Nowhere to store it. A floor-standing wheel takes up space; when you hire, we take it away afterwards.
- A new design each time. Every hire comes with a new graphic made for that event.
- Logistics sorted. We take care of delivery, set-up and collection.

Logistics
What to know before you hire
- Set-up. Once the wheel is on site, set-up takes about 30 minutes. We always allow an hour to be safe.
- Access. The 120 cm wheel fits in standard lifts. The 180 cm wheel needs a goods lift or street-level access, with no stairs or narrow corridors.
- Timing. We work to each venue’s build-up schedule. Very early set-ups or very late dismantling can add to the cost.
- Staff. The hire does not include anyone to run it. If you would like a promo host or an entertainer to run the game, we can suggest one: United Events has both.
- Artwork. We need your design at least two weeks before the event.
- Booking. Your date is confirmed with a deposit.

How long can I hire the wheel for?
By the day, week or month. For multi-day shows or long campaigns we quote a price for the whole period.
Is the design included in the hire?
Yes, branding is included. If you have no artwork, we create it from your logo and your prizes.
Who sets up the wheel?
We do. We bring it, set it up in about 30 minutes and collect it at the end. Delivery, set-up and collection are quoted according to the city.
Does it include someone to spin it or hand out prizes?
No, but if you need someone we can suggest a promo host or an entertainer from United Events.
Can I hire several wheels for the same event?
